It’s about time to change your life with YOGA and relieve your stress by joining the Yoga classes to be held at the Multi-purpose hall by an expert from DFAT, Ms Debra Allan. It will be running every Monday afternoon for 4 weeks, starting next Monday 11th, Jan 2021, from 5.30pm to 6.30pm. This is a trial to see if the staff like it, and if it makes a difference to their well-being then we can roll out as an ongoing programme to enhance participation and involvement of more Staff.
